The John Boner Community Center is a community resource that helps Indianapolis residents with everything from job training to energy assistance in the cold winter months. Scott Beaty, Director of Facilities, oversees 300 properties for the Center. Directing everything from renovation to new construction, he knows that setting his team up for success is crucial to helping them grow in their new job roles.
When two new graduates from the Maintenance Training program joined his team, the Mobile-Shop Complete Tool Bag was put to work immediately.
“A lot of students in training can’t afford the tools to get started in maintenance,” said Scott Beaty, Director of Facilities. “If they don’t have a lot of experience or tools, they aren’t helpful.
